About the Flu disease
Flu is a contagious respiratory virus commonly referred to as influenza. This is a serious disease that mostly occurs in the nasal passage and throat and sometimes the respiratory tract.
Flu signs are sore throat, coughing, nasal congestion, headaches, and body pains. Fever is also a sign of the Flu, and the CDC does say that not everyone with the Flu will have a fever.
CDC noted that those with Flu are most infectious in the initial three days of the disease.

Occasionally, though, a person can transmit the virus even when he or she isn’t showing any signs of the Flu or even up to five to seven days from the onset of the Flu. This means that young people and those with low immunity shall take longer to show the symptoms.
Flu is transmitted by droplets that are released into the air by sneezing, coughing, or even talking. The Flu can also be picked through direct touching of any surfaces that may have the virus, and such cases are relatively rare, northjersey.com reported.
CDC suggests the following tips to deal with the disease: Wash your hands regularly, engage in basic hygiene practices, and get vaccinated yearly.
